CAPRICORN CLARK is a native of California who worked at Def Jam, Magic Johnson Enterprise and BET Films before moving to NYC in 2000.

Upon arriving in New York, Capricorn worked as a Brand Manager at Dimassimo Brand Advertising and later, as a Production Manager at Crossroads, a prominent production company. Her varied experience and skills attracted attention from a head hunter, who was searching for the perfect “right hand” for Diddy. Capricorn served as Diddy’s personal liaison for nearly five years, handling all the day-to-day aspects of Mr. Comb’s personal and business life. She also managed many of the brand events for Mr. Comb’s various companies, including the launch of the Unforgivable Men’s fragrance in the U.S., France, and London, the premier of HBO’s the Bad Boys of Comedy, and Diddy’s famous annual white parties. Capricorn now serves as Global Brand Director for Sean “Diddy” Combs.

ANDRE HARRELL is a groundbreaking entrepreneur and one of the reigning kings of black entertainment. As always, his golden finger is on the pulse of what’s hot in the music industry. Born and raised in the Bronx, Mr. Harrell is also a film producer, launching the careers of Halle Berry and Jessica Alba. Founder and CEO of the legendary Uptown Records, Andre’s discovers include Robin Thicke, Mary J Blige and Diddy himself.

Currently he is the CEO of Harrell Records. Andre joins the panel of judges for the second season of I Want to Work for Diddy.

PHIL ROBINSON has guided the personal management of Mr. Combs for almost ten years and has been a master at building superstar’s careers for the last 15 years. A master of client, corporate, and artists relations, Robinson’s work includes conceptualizing and executive producing MTV’s hit series “Making The Band” and co-creating and executing the “Vote or Die” campaign along with Diddy.

Phil now consults for sports and the entertainment industry elite, through Ron Bergels Yucaipa Corporation including Magic Johnson and Diddy. He returns to I Want to Work for Diddy for his second season on the judging panel.

CONTESTANTS
JENNIFER is a model and student from Detroit, Michigan. A world traveler, Jen has lived in Greece and Singapore, and modeled throughout Europe and Asia. Jen considers herself a triple threat: intelligent, creative, and hot. A natural blonde, she prefers to be a bottle brunette, claiming that girls with darker hair are classier and are taken more seriously. Jen’s future plans include completing her degree in Human Resources, as well as attending Law School.

KENNIS is a student at North Texas University majoring in Public Relations and Marketing. He grew up in a house full of women in Tyler, Texas and had to be the man of the household from an early age. The life of any party, Kennis says he has “charm, charisma, and love-ability.” But this teddy bear isn’t afraid of competition. He may be the youngest competitor, but he is prepared to divide and conquer.

BLAKE is a restaurant hostess/talent promoter currently living in Los Angeles. Nicknamed “Sunshine” thanks to her bright blonde hairstyle and her sunny personality, she is a master at working a room. Originally from the suburbs of Boston, she received her B.A. in Communications from the University of Maryland, College Park. Blake has worked in a variety of business, including salons, radio stations, and event management firms. She considers her multicultural heritage to be one of her greatest assets.

JOHN is a mall manager hailing from Washington DC. A giant ladies man, John claims that his favorite hobby is “slaying chicks.” An entrepreneur at heart, John has run a Bachelorette party planning business and worked extensively in the nightlife business in Miami. He is extremely competitive and is willing to do whatever it takes to win. John lives by Diddy’s statement “If my mission is to go to Zimbabwe and ride a zebra naked, I’ll do it.”

NOELLE is pageant contestant and currently the reigning Miss. St. Petersburg USA. Noelle gave up the opportunity to compete for the title of Miss Florida for the chance to become Diddy’s assistant. She was adopted from South Korea at three months old and spent most of her life in a small Michigan farming community. Noelle feels that participating in the pageant system gives her a huge advantage over her competitors, as no one is more cutthroat than 60 beautiful women vying for a crown.

EBONY is a high school algebra teacher and basketball coach from Dallas, Texas. Standing at 6’2, she towers over most of her competition, both physically and mentally. Growing up as a military brat, Ebony describes herself as someone who never had much of anything and she gave up her job to compete to be Diddy’s assistant. She holds a B.S. & M S. in Psychology. Also a professional women’s football player, Ebony is out for blood both on the field and off.

DANIEL is a wine steward from Frederick, Maryland. A recent graduate from the College of William and Mary, Daniel fondly recalls growing up in a “Brady Bunch” style house, with a very close knit family. Daniel attended the University of West Point for two years before realizing that the army was not his destiny. Daniel has traveled extensively throughout Europe and considers himself to be extremely refined and cultured, two assets that will greatly benefit the Bad Boy family.

MELISSA is an executive assistant from Miami Lakes, Florida. A tough Latina, born and raised in Queens, NY, in the business world she compares herself to “a man in a woman’s body.” She lives by the New York motto: If you can make it there, you can make it anywhere. Melissa has a background in musical theater and frequently competes in talent shows. She is the mother of two boys and is used to juggling raising her kids and a career, just like Diddy himself.

DALEN is a business owner from Dallas, Texas. He has earned his B.A. and M.B.A. in marketing and he knows how to dress to impress. His unique, polished fashion sense always attracts attention from the ladies who have dubbed him the “Black Zack Morris”. Dalen’s true passion is fashion, but he started a food delivery company in Dallas to help pay the bills and support his family. Dalen calls himself a “true Southern gentleman,” thanks in part to his mother and eight aunts who helped to raise him.

IVORY is a talent rep born and raised in New Jersey. She holds a B.S. and M.S. from Louisiana State University in Public Relations and Sports Marketing. As a talent buyer, she is no stranger to working with high profile celebrities like Diddy. A self-described social butterfly, Ivory is a tough as nails competitor and doesn’t feel intimated by anyone. Ivory’s hobbies include volunteering for the Make a Wish foundation and doing her 200 daily ab crunches.

ZACH is a new media producer from New Brunswick, New Jersey. Zack worked in banking and started law school before realizing that he would commit “cubicle suicide” if he continued on that path. Armed with his business degree from Howard University, Zack set up his own new media company, making videos and promotional materials for the Internet. Being the youngest of three boys, Zack grew up in a competitive household and that has carried over to the business world. He works 24-7 promoting his company but feels he has gotten as far as he can on his own steam. It’s time to see where Diddy and Bad Boy can take him.
