MuchMore First Spin: Marcy Playground

muchmore_marcyplayground_main1

Remember Sex and Candy? How can you not, right? Well the band from this one hit wonder is back with their latest release Leaving Wonderland… In A Fit of Rage. Surprisingly, Marcy Playground hasn’t really been as quiet as you might think. Leaving Wonderland.. is their 4th studio album and they are expected to release a yet to be named b-side and rarities compilation sometime this year.

Leaving Wonderland is definitely post grunge American Rock music. It probably has one or two singles within it but I can’t say much more than that. I’ve listened to the album about three times before posting it on the site and was hard pressed to find my favorite tracks as they were all mediocre rock/folk ballads.

However to each there own so that’s why we have First Spins for you to listen to it yourself. Enjoy it here.
