Take That, Ticketmaster

A little while ago we told you about the Ontario Government wanting to crack down on Ticketmaster who have been accused of basically becoming online ticket scalpers thru a secondary website called ticketsnow.com. They even pissed Bruce Springsteen off who had public words with them. Ticketmaster were cool to please the boss but were not too scared of a little Canadian Province…. so the Ontario government has passed legislation that will prohibit 2 outlets owned by the same company to sell tickets to the same event with potential of up to a 50 000 fine. Take that Ticketmaster.
