Pope2You?!
Pope2you.net was launched last week and allows Facebook users to spread photos, virtual postcards and the word of Pope Benedict, and there’s also an application for iPhone that gives Pope updates. But internet savy priest Paolo Padrini who created the Pope’s website is clear that there is no Facebook profile or anything like that - saying, “The pope is not a Hollywood star who signs autographs.” No word yet if you can beg for forgivness from your sins and prevent eternal damnation thru Twitter but trust me — I’m on it.
