You think texting has gotten outta control? Check this out….At North Americas largest cell phone trade show last week it was reported that U.S. subscribers sent 1 trillion text messages last year, three times the 2007 total!!!!! Meanwhile, the same people used 2.2 trillion minutes of voice calls, an increase of less than 5 percent. So more texting and less calling means– numeric cell phone keypads are going the way of the rotary dial and pretty much all the new phones being showcased had alphabetic keyboard-no numbas for you.
